Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within (5) business days upon receipt of the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Exchanged items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
